A tailored governance to drive and execute Ekimetrics’ ambitious roadmap
Ekimetrics, a global leader in data science and AI-powered solutions, has unveiled its strategic plan, “Elevate,” with a clear ambition: to become the world’s leading company in AI deployment at scale. As part of this acceleration, Ekimetrics is adapting its governance and implementing a streamlined organization focused on its key growth priorities.
With 19 years of experience and consistent double-digit organic growth since its creation, Ekimetrics is one of the few players worldwide capable of deploying impactful AI use cases. With over 200 clients in 100 countries—including Nestlé, Estée Lauder, Renault, BPI France, American Express, and Tim Horton—, the company showcases high-profile collaborations across core areas such as commercial and marketing effectiveness, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), operational excellence, ESG and sustainable transformation, and client strategy.
Despite this, in a context where the potential of AI at scale remains largely inaccessible for the majority of industries—according to a Quantum Black study, only 10% of companies have seen AI impact more than 20% of their EBIT—Ekimetrics is launching “Elevate”, its 2028 strategic plan. With “Elevate”, Ekimetrics will scale up its proprietary methodologies and guarantee significant ROI for Fortune 500 and CAC 40 executives.
On the strength of high success rates for its clients—95% of its generative AI use cases progress from MVP to deployment at scale—Ekimetrics aims to set a new market standard. In fact, Ekimetrics’ goal is to increase the long-term success rate of AI initiatives on the market from 20% to over 70%, generating a minimum ROI of 10:1, and improving operational margins by 2 to 5 points.
"For nearly 20 years, we’ve helped economic decision-makers tackle their most strategic and competitive challenges through AI-powered solutions,” says Jean-Baptiste Bouzige, President and co-founder of Ekimetrics. “Our expertise is rare in today’s market. We specialize in what we call the ‘last mile’: the ability to deploy critical-impact AI solutions combined with a unique know-how to generate impact at scale, notably for major international groups. This sets us apart. That’s why we’re going to grow our expertise by increasing our international presence and continuing to develop highly specialized AI applications, tailored by domain and industry.”
As part of the strategic plan, Ekimetrics will intensify its North American presence, strengthen international academic partnerships, and identify pertinent company acquisitions—all with a target of tripling both revenue and headcount by 2028.
A reimagined governance to support an ambitious scale-up
To lead its “Elevate” initiative and support this scale-up phase, Ekimetrics is implementing a new organization that disrupts existing business models in the AI and tech market.
Neither a traditional SaaS player nor a consulting firm, Ekimetrics embraces a hybrid model that combines technology with services. This third way offers an innovative alternative to SaaS models in decline and AI consulting services that are costly and difficult to scale. It enables large organizations to access AI solutions that are more flexible, highly specialized (by domain and industry), deployable in just a few weeks, and capable of delivering significant business impact in record time.
In concrete terms, the company is implementing a new organization focused on four strategic committees:
- Hypergrowth Committee to optimize topline growth levers such as M&A and profitability.
- Operational Excellence Committeeto accelerate Ekimetrics’ scale-up.
- Differentiating Offer Committee to drive the implementation of the Offer strategy, tailored by domain and industry, as well as to develop business AI apps optimizing mission-critical processes. This committee will also strategize the development of differentiating professional services worldwide.
- Product & Tech Innovation Committee to develop AI assets and solutions built on state-of-the-art technologies, designed to be deployed at scale, with the highest industry standards.
In parallel with the appointment of Eric Labaye as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Ekimetrics, four new executive appointments will strengthen this renewed governance:
- Camille Erard – Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
- Manuella Boujard – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Hiring in progress – Chief Product & Marketing Officer (CPMO)
- Simon Bouloc – ChiefTech & Innovation Officer (CTIO)
