Ekimetrics, a global leader in data science and AI-powered solutions, today announced a major expansion of its U.S. operations as part of its strategic Elevate plan through 2028. The initiative positions the company to become the global leader in enterprise AI deployment at scale.
Driven by growing demand from Fortune 500 companies seeking to unlock AI’s transformative value, the expansion includes tripling Ekimetrics’ U.S. workforce—from 75 to approximately 225 employees—and a fourfold increase in U.S. revenue.
With 19 years of experience and a global presence spanning over 200 clients across 100 countries, Ekimetrics delivers enterprise-grade AI, data science, and analytics programs for industry leaders such as AutoZone, American Express, Tim Hortons, and Estée Lauder Companies. The company leads high-impact projects in marketing and commercial effectiveness (including Marketing Mix Modeling), operational excellence, ESG transformation, and customer analytics.
The Elevate plan underscores Ekimetrics’ commitment to transforming how enterprises deploy AI at scale. By combining proprietary technology with expert services in a unique hybrid model, Elevate offers a powerful alternative to traditional SaaS and consulting approaches, which often fall short in delivering scalable, long-term impact. Through this model, Ekimetrics empowers Fortune 500 companies to operationalize AI effectively—driving measurable outcomes and delivering a guaranteed return on investment.
“For nearly two decades, we've helped global enterprises solve complex strategic challenges through AI and MMM,” said Jean-Baptiste Bouzige, CEO of Ekimetrics. “What sets us apart is our ability to deliver at scale—particularly in the ‘final mile’ of deployment—where we turn critical AI and data use cases into long-term impact. Continuing to strengthen our U.S. presence is a natural next step as we double down on industry-specific solutions.”
Meeting the Challenge of AI Deployment in the U.S.
Ekimetrics’ Elevate plan addresses one of the most common challenges organizations face when investing in AI and data: generating meaningful, measurable returns. By systematically improving the long-term success rate of AI, data science, and MMM projects beyond industry norms, Ekimetrics’ investment will further guarantee clients a minimum ROI of 10:1—turning data investments into tangible business outcomes.
The U.S. market presents significant complexity, including its vast scale, state-level regulatory variations, and demand for hyper-local, DMA-level modeling. Ekimetrics’ tech-plus-service model is uniquely suited to meet these challenges, offering deep vertical expertise and flexible, scalable deployment capabilities that few providers can match.
To support its U.S. growth, Ekimetrics has appointed three senior executives to key leadership roles:
- Matt Andrew, General Manager, U.S. – transitioning from his role General Manager of the UK, Matt will now oversee Ekimetrics’ Americas operations, driving market expansion, client success, and long-term strategic positioning.
- Doug Jensen, Head of Business Development, U.S. – leveraging his extensive experience with enterprise organizations in Beauty, Retail and Luxury, Doug will take charge on commercial growth, new revenue streams, and strategic partnerships.
- Chris Hildebrand, Global Head of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) – Chris will guide the global CPG strategy and solution innovation, aligning Ekimetrics deep experience in the sector with the needs of both U.S. and international clients to continue to deliver measurable business growth.
Industry Recognition and Ecosystem Integration
Ekimetrics has been recognized as a Leader in Forrester’s Marketing Measurement and Optimization Wave, ranking in the top four globally, and as a Visionary in Gartner’s Marketing Mix Optimization Magic Quadrant. In the U.S., the company is firmly embedded in the marketing ecosystem through partnerships with organizations including Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, CreativeX, YouGov, Effie, the ANA (Association of National Advertisers), and The Business of Fashion.
“The U.S. is a cornerstone of our global strategy,” said Bouzige. “It pushes us to diversify our offerings and accelerate innovation—especially in integrating agentic and generative AI into our marketing and commercial effectiveness solutions. With Elevate, we’re scaling our proprietary deployment model to deliver consistent, long-term value for Fortune 500 companies.”
