My role at Ekimetrics is to drive all the transformations that are needed both internally and externally to achieve the best environmental and social performance for our company. Externally, it means transforming our customers. We became a mission-led company in 2023, with very strong social and environmental objectives, particularly with regard to the ethical and responsibility issues surrounding sustainable AI. Internally, it means deploying a whole range of tools to help our employees develop their skills in environmental and diversity issues.

The Data Engineer role is essential in any data project. We mainly intervene upstream in the data chain to put in place the essential foundations for effective data use. Our main mission is to design and implement the technical building blocks needed to ingest, process, and store data and to ensure that the architecture solution implemented meets the scalability, flexibility, and robustness criteria of a successful data project. At Ekimetrics, we work closely with Data Scientists and the Product team. We’re also in direct contact with customers to gain a better understanding of the nature of their data and their precise needs.
